A 30% deposit is required with the remainder due within 6 weeks before arrival. We advise all holiday makers take out their own insurance covering cancellation.
Instructions about access to the cottage will be given when you have booked and paid for your holiday either by phone or e-mail, whichever is best for you
Availability
As we are a cottage mainly intended for couples we are keeping our prices for school holidays very low and not bumping the prices. All prices are for two adults plus a child under 5 years old.
We do have a list of repeat customers who are very happy with the cottage and there is a guest book which is filled with extremely good reviews
Change over day is Friday ,but may be flexable when possible.
